| الوصف الوظيفي | Participate in developing project plan templates for the client projects •Define the clients' project nature types and develop the project schedule milestones for each type with the indicators for the deviations •Participate in developing a project audit function •Develop a Helpdesk function and its associated ticketing system •Coach the project managers and team members to follow the project management processes •Participate in developing and delivering the appropriate workshops and presentations •Responsible for testing, commissioning, and handing over the product (PMO) to the client after making sure of the acceptance criteria •Responsible for the whole coordination with the client and smooth running of the project including project execution and closing •Notify Nexus management of any risk events on the project •Ensure that the client’s quality expectations are met | |
